Each bag contains 500grams of lightweight air dry foam clay.  The TCT Crafts brand of foam clay is stretchy, soft, pliable, lightweight, and no residue.  Simply knead the clay prior to use, and you are ready to use. Store at room temperature, and make sure to seal completely to avoid clay drying out.
