The Paper Sweeties boutique provides checkout through Pay Pal. You will have the option to log into your account or sign in as a guest to process a credit card payment.
Our goal is to process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday. When we are away participating at a stamp show, we will process orders received while out of the office on the next business day after we return. USPS Priority Mail takes 2 to 6 days to deliver a package in the continental US. Please allow up to 14 business days for international shipping. Paper Sweeties cannot guarantee delivery times. Orders will be held until there is sufficient stock to fulfill your order in its entirety. If you need a partial order shipped while waiting on the back ordered stock, there will be extra shipping costs incurred.
We will do our best to keep our inventory levels up in order to provide the most enjoyable shopping experience! Please note that there may be times when certain items are out of stock, but rest assured we will be re-ordering replenishment stock on a routine basis. In most instances, our re-stocking turn-around time should be within two weeks.
Paper Sweeties will accept any unopened, unused product that we can put back into inventory for a full refund within 30 days. We do not offer refunds on our card class kits. Notice of your desire to return any or all of an order must be made to Paper Sweeties in writing. Customer assumes all costs of shipping returned items back to us. Once merchandise is received by Paper Sweeties in ‘new’ condition, a refund will be made to your Pay Pal account.
