Welcome to the Featured Designer Spotlight – February edition!  This month we are featuring the amazing and beautiful work of  the talented Tessa Wise (click on photos for larger views)!

 Tessa created this bright and cheery card using these goodies from the Paper Sweeties boutique: Rainbows and Roses, Sweet{heart} Sequins!

And, to mix things up a bit, Tess used the Showering You With Love and Showering You With Love Sweet Cuts set to create a different look with the same basic card base …

So sweet, right?!?!?  I adore the watercolor background Tessa used on her card!  Love, love … LOVE!

I adore how Tessa layered several clouds against the rainbow to give her card some texture and depth … and the mix of Frosting and Peppermint Sequins in the Sweet{heart} combo add such a yummy bit of sparkle to this oh-so-sweet card!  Please visit Tessa’s blog for complete details on this FUN card!
