Welcome crafty friends!  I’m so excited you’re here to visit today — the Design Team girls and I are sharing projects over the next four days created for this month’s NEW PRODUCT release here at Paper Sweeties!  Whooo hooo!!  We gotten LOTS of requests for some beach-theme sets, so this month is all about fun in the sun!   Let’s get to peeking right away … CLICK on the photos for larger views!

The beach is my favorite destination place, so this card was SO MUCH FUN for me to create!  When I close my eyes, I can almost hear the surf and feel the warm sun and sand!  I stamped the beach umbrella twice – once on white cardstock and then again on polka dot patterned paper, using the *NEW* Island Time stamp set and then die cut the shape using the coordinating Island Time Sweet Cuts set -paper piecing the two shapes together!  I die cut the sun using a bright yellow cardstock and then stamped and die cut two puffy, white clouds using the *NEW* Let’s go to the Beach stamp set and coordinating Let’s go to the Beach Sweet Cuts set!

I die cut ‘sand’ using kraft cardstock and the Thanks Snow Much Sweet Cuts set, die cut ‘water’ using the Let’s Go to the Beach Sweet Cuts set and then stamped three sweet starfish using the *NEW* At the Beach stamp set!  FUN, FUN, FUN!!  To finish my design, I stamped the sentiment using the Island Time stamp set and then added three yummy Robin Egg Sequins to match the pretty blue sky background!
