Hello crafty friends! I'm on my way today heading to Columbia, SC for the Stamp Scrap Art Tour Show this weekend, but wanted to share a little something sweet I whipped up this week to take as a table display sample for the show!
I made this cute little 3-D basket for the holidays and filled with chocolates. I thought a pastel gingham version was in order ... filled with Easter grass and sparkle eggs! I added a darling little bow I picked up from the dollar store along with a crepe paper flower and sweet tag!
These would make adorable party favors ... how cute placed at each person's place setting at your next dinner or tea party! Fill with candy, tea bags, a gift card, peeps ... any sweet treat!
The inside box was created using a piece of cardstock 4.5" by 5.5" and then scoring on all four sides at 1.5". Cut on the score lines on four corners up to the first intersecting line - adhere with double sided sticky tape.
I used these goodies from the Paper Sweeties boutique to create this treat basket:
I hope I have inspired you to make some of these sweet baskets sometime soon ... they are quick, simple and oh so much fun to give! Thanks for stopping by today!
