Hello sweeties — welcome to the blog today! I’m sharing a {sweet} card I created for this week’s new challenge at The Shabby Tea Room #224 – ‘Party Time’! We are to create a BIRTHDAY theme card or project using pink, green and polka dots – easy peesy!
