PrintHi crafty friends … and coffee lovers near and far!  I love a Saturday when I find myself ‘relatively caught up with my to do list’ and have a little time to get my craft on just for fun!  It doesn’t happen that often, so I treasure these little moments when I can play with pretty little bits and bobs ‘just because’!

I found the Coffee Lover’s Spring Blog Hop for the very first time yesterday while enjoying some pretty inspiration around town on Instagram and Facebook … where have I been living … apparently under a rock!  This theme is right up my coffee and tea lovin’ alley!  I’m still savoring the last little bits of my favorite holiday peppermint coffee each morning … soooo, yummy!  {click on photos for larger view}

So, I sat down at my craft desk, pulled out some of my favorite colors of papers and embellishments … and of course a couple of yummy coffee/tea related stamps and dies and got busy!  Aqua and pink is my all-time favorite color combo to use when I make little handmade goodies, so this one came together quick and easy for me … it was so much fun to whip up!

The sentiment tag can reference the blend of the coffee along with the sweet cupcake – a perfect pairing in my world … or it can reference the blend of some delicious spring mix sequins my sweet friend, Taheerah, sent to me from Pretty Posh Pink this past holiday – mixed with some yummy colors of sequins from the Paper Sweeties boutique.  This card takes me to my ultimate happy place … I hope it makes you smile too!
