Hello crafty friends! I’m super excited to be sharing a little something I created for today’s leg of the 12 Days of Christmas Designer’s Blog Hop! A big thank you to Lisa for inviting me to create something to share with everyone today!
At this time of the year, I’m always looking for inspiration ideas for holiday cards to create that are festive, yet fairly flat and easy to mail out to my family and friends! No bumpy embellishments because the postage costs are so expensive when you’re sending out so many cards!
I created this ‘homespun’ holiday card using the Homespun Holidays, Make the Season Bright and Season of Love stamp sets along with the Homespun Holidays Sweet Cuts die!
The Sweet Cuts dies that coordinate with the Paper Sweeties stamps make it easy peesy for you to stamp, cut and decorate your cards, tags, scrapbook pages, gifts and home decor items! No more fussy cutting — yippiee!
I added a snipett of lace trim, a couple of candy dots and some machine zig-zag stitching around the base of the card to complete my design … and this little pretty will fit into a standard A-2 envelope with one postage stamp 🙂
You should have arrived here from Lisa’s blog.

Next stop on the hop is Pam’s blog.
Be sure to enjoy hopping to each of the participating designer’s blog today and leave a little love along the way! There are fabby prizes from many generous sponsors … including a $10 gift certificate up for grabs to one lucky commenter!!! Thanks for visiting my blog today … I hope I inspired you to create something fun!

Very very cute…. I love the little ornaments and the lace is lovely 🙂
Welcome as guest designer on this hop! Very cute homespun card! TFS! 🙂
Debbie, this is the third and last attempt to post a comment. I think my browser is acting up. Granny had handmade lace on the bottom of each roll up blind in her home. This card reminds me of happy sweet times. I like the ornaments they look very old fashioned, I like the card very much. Thank you for sharing your inspirational art.
Blessings,
