09 Nov A masculine celebration …
Hello crafty friends! Do you ever struggle with masculine cards & gifts? I sure do … pink, ruffly and glittery comes so easy to me, but masculine always give me a run for my money!
A good friend of ours is turning 50 next week, so I decided to sit down the put my little thinking cap on to come up with a card for him that would help him celebrate his big day!
I used some delicious black and cream striped pattern paper from SU!, a ledger card die from PTI and the Homespun Holidays and So Sweet of You stamp sets along with the Homespun Holidays Sweet Cuts die to create my card. What do ya’ think??
*NEW* holiday stamps, sets and embellishments live in the shop today!
I was inspired by these wonderful challenge: Seize the Sketch #7 – sketch; Ribbon Girl November Challenge – stripes; Word Art Wednesday #105 – anything goes; There She Goes #232 – dots & stripes; Ribbon Carousel #87 – holidays/celebrations; Simon Says Stamp – CAS; Runway Inspired #47 – stripes/white
