Dress up – TSTR #230

Hello crafty friends!  I’m popping in today to share a little something {sweet} I recently created for this week’s challenge at The Shabby Tea Room – ‘Rainbows & Raindrops’ — we are to be inspired by anything in the photo and I took inspiration from all the yummy colors!

When I saw this paper recently at Enchanted Cottage while attending the SSAT show in Winston-Salem, NC, I just knew I wanted to use this adorable photo of my friend’s daughter and string a clothesline of cute, paper pieced clothes to match the printed ones!
