Hello friends! What did you do over the weekend … anything fun or special? I’m sharing a card today that I made for this week’s challenge at The Shabby Tea Room – #178 ‘Lazy Days’! This week we’re asked to create a card/project using the colors from the photo and include a metal element.
I used the Make Today Beautiful stamp set from Paper Sweeties to create the fun little polka dotted bloom in the pot – complete with button center! My metal element is a crisp white library clip.
Please visit the Tea Room to check out the lovely projects created this week by the other Shabby Girls … and then we hope you’ll have time to play along with this week’s ‘Lazy Days’ challenge for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to the Paper Sweeties boutique!
Challenges that inspired me: Fusion #14 – sketch; CAS-ual Friday #111 – buttons; CAS(E) this sketch #39 – sketch; Simon Says Stamp – anything; City Crafter Challenge Blog #170 – summer time
Like the polka dor flower. Especially like the stitching.
