14 Jul Paper Sweeties July Release Countdown!
Hello sweeties … welcome back to the blog today! I’m popping in to share another little something {sweet} created for the July *NEW* Product Release at Paper Sweeties! I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s sneak peek from the teamies — they are one talented bunch of ladies, don’t you agree?!?!
For today’s project, I began with a base of patterned paper onto which I added a layer of Soft Sky cardstock. I stamped a sentiment banner using the Rainbows and Roses stamp set and then stamped the rainbow and clouds from this set, colored the rainbow with markers, embossed the clouds with tiny dots and added these elements to the base of the card.
I stamped the sweet little ladybug from the Home Tweet Home stamp set and then die cut her and the fence using the *new* Home Tweet Home Sweet Cuts die! I added the fence and ladybug to the base of the card and then die cut some cute green polka dotted ‘grass’ using the Thanks Snow Much Sweet Cuts die set! Last I stamped the adorable little kitty cat using the *new* Sweeties Pets stamp set, colored her with markers and the adhered her to the base of the card using dimensionals. She looks just like my little gray and white kitty cat, Sydney!
The little kitty in the scene above was created to look like me own sweet little kitty cat, Sydney … isn’t she a cutie?!?
