TSTR #214

Hello friends!  Welcome to The Shabby Tea Room #214 – ‘Easter Sweetness’.  This week we are asked to create something using polka dots and/or stripes.

Debbie TSTR #214 (2)

The Tea Room sponsor this week is The Cutting Cafe and I got to design with the totally adorable Bunny Shaped Card file!  I added an overlay of pink polka dotted pattern paper and then embellished the bunny with paper blooms, flourishes, an aqua tulle bow and a pearl eye!  I stamped a tag and added a sentiment using the Little Wishes stamp set and then die cut it using the heart-shaped die from the Beautiful Little Wishes Sweet Cuts set (releasing at Paper Sweeties on the 15th).  I tied the tag onto the tulle bow using a length of Cotton Candy Baker’s Twine.

Be sure to visit The Shabby Tea Room to check out the beautiful inspiration from the rest of the Shabby Girls and then I hope you’ll have time to play along with this week’s ‘Easter Sweetness’ challenge for a chance to win an awesome prize package from The Cutting Cafe!

Inspired by these challenges:  Pile it On #15 – mesh or tulle; Fusion – photo inspiration; Word Art Wednesday #127 – anything goes;  Paper Sweeties #18 – florals

  1. Easter sweetness is right Debbie! I am a total sucker for shaped cards and this one is not only cute, but elegant too. I love all the rhinestone bling and that tulle bow. Seriously, one lucky person who gets this card!

  2. Debbie,
That must be the most blinged up bunny ever. It is adorable and I really like it. Thank you for joining us this week and for posting your awesome art in our Word Art Wednesday challenge. Blessings, Carole
