Warm Winter Wishes – TKJ #154

Warm Winter Wishes – TKJ #154

TKJ #154

We have a pretty color challenge this week at The Kraft Journal!  I love these colors together!!

Debbie TKJ #154 (2)

I began with a base of Smoky Slate followed by a piece of Buff Ivory Cardstock.  Next I layered some pretty patterned paper and a strip of Pink & White Polka Dot Washi Tape.  I machine zig-zag stitched around the edges.  Next step was to add a pretty white glittered chipboard snowflake, some silver jingle bells tied on with Pastel Hemp Cording and then a pretty pink stripe grosgrain bow.

Debbie TKJ #154 (3)

To create Mr. Frosty, I added white doilie stickers to the middles of 3 Bottle Caps and adhered them onto the base of my card.  I added black pearls for eyes & buttons and tied on a pink grosgrain scarf.  The hat was created using a snipett of Blackboard Tag and then a soft yellow paper bloom was adhered.  A Pink & White Chenille Candy Cane was added and then a sentiment tag was created using a piece of White Pearlized Decorative Tag and stamped with the Warm Winter Wishes set from Paper Sweeties!
