06 Jan Paper Sweeties | January 2016 Card Kit is here!
The wait is over — it’s a NEW year and we have a darling NEW card kit for you to enjoy this month! The four projects included in our January kit have a fun winter-inspired theme with plenty of chubby little snowmen, warm mitten, snowflakes and cute Miss Abigail all bundled up for a chilly winter day!
The first card is clean and simple with a crisp white and cool blue color palette. Splashes of blush and kraft add a little warmth to this chilly=theme card! All those snowflakes make me smile … I love them in craft projects but not IRL! We used Thanks Snow Much, Snowflakes Sequins and Cupcake Sprinkles Sequins to complete this cutie patootie!
The next project is a wintery tag – perfect to attach to a thank you gift or sweet treat!
I love the woodgrain embossing on the tag base … and Mr. Frosty is one of my favorite stamps! We used Snow Friends, Snow Friends Sweet Cuts, Thanks Snow Much, Blueberry Seam Binding, Snowflakes Sequins and Marshmallow Sequins to whip up this fun tag!
The next project is a pretty card with a yummy gingham mitten complete with a felt cuff and satin flower – love the amazing texture and mix of patterns & colors!
This card was also created for the new challenge at The Card Concept — I was inspired by the MITTENS and WARM WINTER theme!
We used Stitched Tags #2 Sweet Cuts and I Love You to complete this little beauty!
The final card in this month’s kit is a little gem with some fun paper piecing elements!
Abigail couldn’t be any cuter dressed in her winter coat, hat, mittens, leggins and boots — love the pink fur trim on her clothes … she is so adorable pulling her little wagon filled with snowballs!
We used Abigail, Abigail Sweet Cuts, Sweeties Wagon, Sweeties Wagon Sweet Cuts, Let it Snow, Wagon Add-on: Snowballs and Thanks Snow Much Sweet Cuts to create this {sweet} card!
You can purchase our card kits one month at a time or subscribe to the kit of the month club to save $5 on each kit – whooo hooo!
