Hello crafty peeps!  I hope you’re having an amazing start to the new year so far!!  I’m popping in to share a little something I whipped up for this week’s challenge at The Card Concept — we’re celebrating our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY — whooo hooo!

This is my favorite kind of card to create … all shabby-licious and yummy!  I embossed a piece of blush cardstock with my favorite vintage wallpaper folder and inked over it with kraft paint to create a time-worn look.  I added a yummy Cupcake seam binding bow along with some tulle, trinket pins, button twine and wooden clothespin to complete the nosegay.  A white paper doilie and a couple of punches and dies were used to create the shaped images …

… and then I die cut the banner shape using the Be Happy Sweet Cuts set and stamped the sentiment using the Hello Friend coordinating stamp set.  To finish things off, I added a couple of delicious Robin Egg Sequins for a little pop of sparkle and shine!!

I hope you’ll have time to play along with our challenge this week!  Until next time, my friends, happy stamping!  Hugs – xoxox
