Photo inspiration #204

This week’s challenge at The Shabby Tea Room #204 is ‘All That Glitters in Love’ and we are asked to create a card/project inspired by the photo and include pink/red/burgundy with flowers, hearts and glitter!  YUM!

Debbie TSTR #204 (2)

I used patterned papers from Authentique on the base of my card and added a Tattered Angels frame that I spritzed with Glimmer Mist.  The sentiment was stamped using the You Are set and then I added three beautiful flower-shaped Iridescent sequins in Cotton Candy!  I added some ‘hugs and kisses’ by way of xox using the Alphas Lower stamp set!

Debbie TSTR #204 (3)

I created a pretty little nosegay using a mixture of paper and satin flowers, a pink glittered chipboard heart and a piece of flair from my friend Joscie!  The final step was to add some machine zig-zag stitching, a snipett of vintage lace trim and a cute little tag tied on with Peppermint Baker’s Twine!  The pretty Raspberry Paper Straws are one of our newest additions to the shop … so FUN to create with!

Please be sure to pop on over to check out the lovely inspiration projects from the rest of the Shabby Girls, and then I hope you’ll have time to play along this week for a chance to win a $20 shopping spree to the Paper Sweeties boutique!

Thanks for stopping by today!  Hugs – xoxox
