A sprinkle of inspiration and a dash of creativity!

Hello Sweeties … welcome to the blog today!  Here we are — the Saturday before Thanksgiving … how did that happen?  It was just summer a minute ago!  Before we know it, we’ll be in full swing with all the excitement and joy of the holidays and I know December will go by quickly too … so we have a special treat for you all today to help organize your thoughts and ideas!  We’re hoping this inspiration will give you some ideas for projects you want to create for your family and friends this holiday season!

Our very own Sweetie, Pattie Goldman, is sharing four amazing, bright and cheery cards and gift ideas with us today that she created using a variety of the newly released stamps and dies!  Grab a cuppa something warm and yummy, sit back, relax and enjoy …

papersweeties-pattie-nov1This darling card was created using the Make the Season Bright stamp set which also has a coordinating Sweet Cuts die to make quick work of all your holiday cards this year!  I adore the fresh palette of aqua, pink and chocolate together and that yummy seam binding and those snowflakes put the finishing touches on this little gem!

papersweeties-pattie-nov2What a fun gift idea Pattie has created here … that aqua rock candy lollipop looks yummy enough to lick the page — I would love to find one of those in my stocking from Santa this year!  I love how Pattie tied her gift card and {sweet treat} together with the beautiful aqua organza bows and sparkly silver snowflakes!  The Season of Love and Ho Ho Ho stamp sets were used to create these fun gifts!

papersweeties-pattie-nov3I love gingerbread people and in fact are always on the hunt for them while out shopping as my mother-in-law decorates her kitchen with them year round.  They are so happy and fun … just like this sweet card Pattie created using the Homespun Holidays and Ho Ho Ho stamp sets along with the coordinating Ho Ho Ho Sweet Cuts die!  I love the traditional red, green and brown color palette – YUM!

papersweeties-pattie-nov4So dainty and delicate … a pretty little charmer!  The sweet and soft patterned paper is complimented so well with the addition of the pink organza bow, beautiful paper doilie and lacey die cut swirls.  Pattie used the Make the Season Bright to create this lovely holiday treasure … what a treat for it’s lucky recipient!  I am smitten with that delicious candy wreath, how about you??
