For this week’s ‘Lucky Green’ challenge, I created a sweet treat … suitable for giving as a gift and wonderful to use as a favor at a party or shower!

I began with a darling Cotton Drawstring Bag onto which I adhered a length of White with Red Polka Dot Washi Tape along the bottom.  Next I stamped a frame image and sentiment directly onto the fabric using the Best Wishes stamp set from Paper Sweeties.  I adhered three beautiful Peppermint Iridescent Sequins onto the frame for a pop of color and to coordinate with the dots in the Washi Tape.  Next I created a pretty nosegay at the top of my treat bag using Mint Green Tea Seam Binding, a paper flower from Prima and leaves cut from Corrugated Paper.

Inside the treat bag, I packaged some tea cookies inside a Small Cello Bag and then tied it with some additional Mint Green Tea Seam Binding.

To finish this little sweet treat, I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of Buff Ivory Cardstock using the Home Sweet Home stamp set, tied it onto the treat bag using Green Baker’s Twine and then added a Rusty Bell to complete the design.
